The company was founded in May 2007. In the same month the first acquisition was made. Tornado brought together a firm experience in finance and acquisition knowledge on the one hand and entrepreneurial and leadership skills on the other hand.

Mission
The company invests in buyouts of medium sized companies through building close partnerships with management and people within these companies. Thanks to a limited ownership of our (Private Equity) company there is no pressure to buy or exit.
